Sometimes in life a celebration is in order, but a full-scale formal evening of dinner might be more than necessary. For these times, The Gale Mansion is pleased to offer our Saturday Brunch Reception.

A perfectly elegant option for a wedding, birthday, graduation, or any reason you have to celebrate with friends and loved ones. Please call or e-mail us for additional information and available dates.

Saturday Brunch Package

50-guest minimum, 250-guest maximum

House rental: $600 ($200/hour for 3 hours)

Food and beverage at $30.95/person

Menu:

  • Whole decorated poached salmon served with eggs, chopped onions, capers, marinated cucumber, dill sour cream, toast points, and crackers
  • Sausage links, bacon, or ham (choose one)
  • Vegetarian quiche
  • Oven-roasted baby red potatoes with fresh herbs
  • Roasted or fresh vegetable platter
  • Assorted fruit platter
  • Assorted breads and rolls
  • Chocolate dipped strawberries

Beverage Service:

Coffee, tea, iced water, orange juice, and cranberry juice

Optional Additional Beverage Service:
You  may choose any combination of cash vs. hosted that fits your needs
$150 bar set-up will be added to your event bill for each bar if you choose to offer beer, wine, and/or cocktails
Beer, wine, and/or cocktails
Soda
Punch, lemonade, hot chocolate, or hot apple cider ($20 per gallon, 3 gallon minimum)

Additional Optional Items:
Wedding cake from Buttercream Collection: $3.95/guest
Chairs for outdoor ceremony: $1.10-$3.95/chair plus delivery and pick-up
Dance floor: $200
Valet: $25/hour/valet

10:30-11:00       Ceremony on South Lawn or Heritage Room
11:00-12:30       Brunch buffet available
