The Gale Mansion has approved the following special occasion cake specialist for their proven ability to provide high quality service while respecting at all costs the sensitive nature of our historic property.  If you choose to use a different licensed baker, a $1.50 per person cake-cutting fee will incur.

Buttercream Collection offers confections that are pleasing to both the eye and the palate.  The award-winning pastry staff will design your beautiful special occasion cake with only freshest and finest ingredients available.  They also feature a Chocolate Fountain of gourmet Belgian chocolate, cheesecake, and a variety of other desserts.
