Sometimes in life a celebration is in order but a full-scale evening of dinner and dancing might be more than necessary. For these times, The Gale Mansion is pleased to offer our Sunday Afternoon Reception package.
A perfectly elegant option for a wedding, birthday, bridal or baby shower, family reunion, memorial—any reason to celebrate with friends and loved ones.

Sunday Afternoon Reception
50-guest minimum, 250-guest maximum
House rental: $600 ($200/hour for 3 hours)
Food and beverage at $24.95/person

Finger sandwiches (choose 3 kinds)
- Smoked Salmon W/Crème Fraîche & Dill on Pumpernickel
- Tuna salad on Whole Wheat Bread
- Chicken Salad with Mango Chutney on Cranberry Walnut Bread
- Chicken Curry Tea Sandwiches
- Turkey breast, Dijon Mustard, and Cranberry on Whole Wheat Bread
- Roasted Rare Beef, Caramelized Onion on Marbled Rye
- Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Mayonnaise on Sourdough
- Ham and apricot preserves on Whole Wheat Bread

Standing ceremony fee: $350 (includes an additional 3 hours to rehearse, dress, and take photos)
Dance floor: $200
Punch: $20/gallon
Valet: $25/hour/valet
Marble top cabaret table (no linen): $12.95/table plus delivery
Cabaret table with linen: $26.90/table plus delivery

2:00-4:45 Guests arrive
Passed champagne and sparkling cider
Social time with appetizers and cake
4:45-5:00 Departure
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS (standing wedding ceremony and reception):
11:00-1:30 Wedding party arrives to rehearse, dress, and take photos
1:30-2:00 Guests arrive
2:00-2:30 Ceremony on South Lawn or indoors if inclement weather
2:30-4:45 Passed champagne and sparkling cider
Social time with appetizers and cake
4:45-5:00 Departure
