The Gale Mansion hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions for 50-220 guests.

Depending on the size of the group, guests may be seated in several different rooms throughout the house.

All events booked after November 1, 2006 will be subject to these changes.

Rental Fee:

Monday through Thursday: $100 per hour with a three hour minimum
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $1,000 for six hours

Food Minimums: (Beverages are not included in these minimums.):

• All events must spend a minimum of $20.95 per person on food.
• A food minimum of $4,000 applies for Saturday events May-October and December.
• A food minimum of $2,000 applies for all other weekend events.
  

Services:

The Gale Mansion provides an event coordinator, all necessary servers and bartenders,

Ivory linens, china, and set-up and clean-up for all events.

An 18% service charge, as well as a 7% sales tax, is applied to all fees except

the house rental and ceremony fees.

Amminties:

• The Mansion will provide three votive candles per table and also place them around the house
• Security personnel are required for all evening events and will be provided by the mansion for a fee of $35 per hour.
• A dance floor is available for rental at $200.
• The Gale Mansion will arrange coat check and valet parking services upon the client's request.
• Prices are determined based on the size and duration of each event, and are subject to service charge and sales tax.
• Free on-street parking is available.
  
  
  

No food or beverages may be brought in or taken home, with the exception of wedding cake. Our wedding cakes are designed by Jessica's Cakes. We offer a wide variety of styles, designs and flavors to meet your specific desires. For more information on Jessica's Cakes, please visit her web site at www.jessicascakes.com. If you choose to bring in a wedding cake from a licensed baker other than Jessica's Cakes, you will be charged a cutting and service fee of $1.50 per person.

Payments:

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure the date of your event. This deposit includes the house rental fee ($1,000 Friday-Sunday; $100/hour Monday-Thursday) and a $300 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded or applied to your bar bill if no damages are incurred.

A second non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due six months prior to your event and will be applied to your final bill.

Final payment is due two business days before your event.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Cancellation within 60 days of the event requires payment of one-half of the event contract.

Please note that the Gale Mansion now accepts credit cards.

Guarantee:

A guarantee of the final guest count is due by noon ten business days before your event. Full payment is required for the guest count given or the number of guests served at your event, whichever is greater. The Gale Mansion will be responsible for serving no more than 5% over the final guarantee.

House Rules:

All candles must be unscented and enclosed in a container that extends above the height of the candlewick.

Methods of securing decorations must be approved in advance.

Moving or removing any Gale Mansion furniture or decorations is discouraged and may be done only with prior approval from the event coordinator.

All client decorations must be removed immediately after the event.

Confetti, rice, glitter, birdseed or balloon releases are not allowed.

The Gale Mansion is a non-smoking facility.
